Spencer has extensive experience in a variety of real estate investing strategies since buying his first rental property in 2006. Spencer is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys rock climbing, fly fishing, archery and free diving. He is also a father to two girls.

About Ron:
Ron Rohde is a Texan with a long history in north Texas real estate. As soon as he had a driver’s license, he was delivering keys to tenants, supervising contractors, or delivering closing documents for a variety of rental properties.
With both parents as licensed real estate brokers and mortgage lenders, it was a natural evolution to advise clients on real estate transactions.
After attending Lake Dallas High School near Lake Lewisville, Ron attended Cornell University in New York. A few years in corporate America led him down to Florida where he graduated from the University of Miami School of Law. Knowing that he always wanted to return home to raise a family, he passed the Texas Bar and moved to Dallas.
Today, Ron focuses on all aspects of transactional commercial real estate. He advises clients on acquisitions, dispositions, LLC partnerships, leases, and financing document review. With many clients working full-time or living out-of-state, Ron brings the best use of technology to the forefront to save his clients time and money. Nico has a BS in Business Marketing and Management and a minor in Economics. He also holds a Masters degree in Spanish Language Education and spent the past 17 years as a Spanish teacher.
Apart from teaching and investing in real estate, Nico is an entrepreneur, coach, mentor, and leader. He is an avid surfer, woodworker, traveler, and extremely proud father.
Nico began investing in real estate in 2012 with a single-family development project and has since scaled to owning 194 units as a General Partner.
He hosts a biweekly Meetup group titled the Multifamily Investors Network NY. Nico also hosts the Small Axe podcast where he interviews industry leaders in multifamily, where he believes “it only takes a small axe to build a lasting empire”.
