About David:

David Marasow is an investor, entrepreneur, and founder of Marz Management with immense experience in the real estate business. Born in Brooklyn, NY, in 1989 and raised in Montreal, Canada. D. Marasow Graduated from Yeshiva in 2007 and earned rabbinic ordination in 2009 from Central College. David Marasow is a certified lead abatement supervisor and was the regional director at UP Realty, a reputable real estate investment company charged with purchasing, developing, and constructing a wide range of properties. UP Realty maximizes returns through strategic renovations and reconfigurations, taking advantage of tax-incentive programs and investments in energy-efficient capital expenditures.

David owns properties in Florida, and Connecticut, and Massachusetts. He retains more than a decade of profound experience in real estate competently, negotiating the assent and presenting undeniable pitches. However, it’s his ardent passion for real estate that drives him to turn around an underperforming asset skillfully. Presently he is happily married and has three beautiful children, settled in Connecticut. In David’s free time, he takes pious pleasure in spending quality time with his family.
